30-Day Warranty

All eligible products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace or refund it.

Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition.
The original packaging, tags and accessories are intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened — including opened art supplies, party consumables and personalised products — unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
